On November 3, 2004, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of in*1177formation charging defendant, Roy Pecot, with ten sex offenses. In Count 1, defendant was charged with aggravated crime against nature, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:89.1. In Counts 2, 3, 5, and 8, defendant was charged with simple rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:43. In Counts 4, 7, and 10, defendant was charged with indecent behavior with juveniles, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.
