Lloyd Thomas’s driver’s license was suspended after he was convicted of driving while intoxicated. Thomas applied for a driver’s license at the Clark County license bureau and was told that he was under a ten-year suspension because his record *278showed four prior alcohol-related convictions. Thomas appeals from the Clark County Circuit Court’s denial of his petition to review the action of the Department of Revenue. We affirm.
