The defendants, the zoning board of appeals of the town of Barnstable (board), Mary M. Crowley, and Elisabeth Eaton Clark, appeal from a Land Court judge’s grant of summary judgment annulling for lack of jurisdiction two separate decisions of the board. The first decision, on an appeal by Crowley, had ordered revocation of a building permit authorizing the plaintiff, Anthony Elio, acting as trustee of the Osterville Village Realty Trust (trust), to make certain renovations to a building he owned in Barnstable.
