Stephanie Evans appeals from the denial of her motion for new trial after a jury convicted her of one count of involuntary manslaughter 1 in connection with the death of Rodney Graham ("RG"), 2 an inmate who died while incarcerated at the jail run by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. Evans asserts on appeal that the evidence was insufficient to support her conviction.
