Currently before the court is the motion of Plaintiff Dru Rhodes for a preliminary injunction enjoining Defendants Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and The Catholic Diocese of Youngstown (the Diocese) from enforcing the OHSAA’s “eight consecutive semester” rule which would otherwise preclude Plaintiff from participating on his high school football team.
