Banks v. State

On February 14, 1933, appellant was indicted by the grand jury of Pulaski County for the crime of murder in the first degree for the killing of Mark Goodson. Thereafter he was duly placed upon trial in the circuit court and was found guilty by a jury, and the court pronounced a sentence of electrocution against him. This appeal is prosecuted to reverse that judgment.
