Haughey v. Fischer

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Clinton County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

After receiving both a verbal warning and a memorandum instructing him not to use return address labels on outgoing mail, petitioner, a prison inmate, mailed eight letters with return address labels containing incorrect information.
