In our original opinion in this case we reversed the decree entered by the Chancellor upon the recommendation of the Master who made specific findings of facts. Upon a reconsideration ex moro motu of the petition for rehearing we have concluded that the material facts as found by the master and approved by the learned Chancellor are supported by competent, substantial evidence. We have also decided that the correct principles of law were applied to the facts as found by the fact finding arbiter. Consequently the petition for rehearing should be granted and the final…
