—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Colabella, J.), entered February 7, 2001, which, in effect, granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the *406complaint on the ground that the plaintiff Kathleen Keena did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d).

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
