Plaintiff, Atwood Resources, Inc. (“appellant”), appeals from the judgment entered in the Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas awarding judgment against appellant and in favor of defendants, Daniel T. Lehigh and Lehigh & Lehigh (“appellees”), the amount of $1,042 as and for attorney fees relating to appellees’ successful challenge of venue in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, pursuant to Civ.R. 3(C)(2).
