Debtor Neogenix Oncology, Inc. (“Neo-genix” or the “Debtor”), with the support of the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders (the “Committee”), seeks confirmation of its plan of liquidation. Judy A. Robbins, the United States Trustee (“UST”), objects to confirmation.
