MEMORANDUM
OBERDORFER, District Judge.
In its decision of October 18, 1994, the Court of Appeals affirmed the conclusion that defendants violated this Court’s injunction to the detriment of plaintiffs, but remanded this matter for further consideration of the nature of the fines that had been imposed for violation of the injunction in this case. See NOW v. Operation Rescue, 37 F.3d 646, 661 (D.C.Cir.1994).
