The plaintiff, Jean H. Tondreault, (husband or plaintiff), appeals and the defendant, Jeannie A. Tondreault, (wife or defendant), cross-appeals from a Family Court decision pending entry of final judgment of divorce distributing the parties’ marital assets. 1 In his appeal, the husband contends that the trial justice erred in his findings of fact and rulings relative to the distribution of most of the parties’ marital assets.
