Reversing’-
Denker sold and conveyed to English a house and grounds in the year 1922, for the consideration of $2,800.00, of which sum $1,000.00 was paid in cash and the- balance represented by notes due in one, two and three years, secured by lien upon the property. After-wards English obtained from appellant, insurance company, a policy of fire insurance for $1,800.00 upon the house so conveyed to him.
