Harriett Pikes, Administratrix of the estate of Percy Pikes, deceased, brought this action to recover damages to compensate for' the death of her husband, Percy Pikes, a Negro, who was struck and killed, south of the Main Street crossing in Malvern, Arkansas, by one of appellant’s trains at about 4:30 p. m., September 26, 1945.
