People v. Snyder

Appeal from a judgment of the Seneca County Court (Dennis *1711F. Bender, J.), rendered December 21, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of gang assault in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
