Appellant, Howard Johnson, challenges the denial of his petition for modification of sentence. On May 2, 1984, appellant was sentenced to five to ten years’ imprisonment following his jury conviction on five counts of possession with intent to deliver involving heroin and preludin, and one count of possession of marijuana. Appellant argues that: (1) the charges were improperly joined for trial; (2) the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to allow voir dire as to whether any of the jurors or members of their families had ever been the victim of a crime; (3) evidence…
