DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the PlaintiffDebtor’s Complaint to Determine Dischargeability. At issue at the Trial was whether the Plaintiff was entitled to receive a discharge of those obligations she incurred to finance her higher education pursuant to the “undue hardship” standard as set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
