HANNA, Judge.

The defendant was charged with three counts of the Class B felony of selling a controlled substance, § 195.211, RSMo Supp. 1993, and two counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986. The drugs sold were crack cocaine. He was tried and convicted by the court, and sentenced to five years imprisonment for each count of selling a controlled substance and three years imprisonment for each count of armed criminal action, to run concurrently.
