Appellee, defendant in the circuit court, was engaged in the banking business at Pearl in Pike county. In connection with his banking business, and in the building where it was conducted, he had a safety deposit vault. The vault was a room entered through the banking room and containing “nests,” or compartments fitted with boxes for the purpose of receiving papers and valuables of persons desiring that service.'
