On February 19, 1906, the Chandler Cotton Oil Company, defendant in error, as plaintiff, filed its petition in the district court of Lincoln county, Oída. T., in which there were set forth 32 different causes of action against the Ft. Smith & Western Railroad Company, plaintiff in error, as defendant. To this petition the defendant filed its demurrer, in which it challenged the jurisdiction of the court and the sufficiency of the allegations of the petition to support the action.
