In this cause to date, there has been filed in this court what we consider a morass of dilatory pleadings. On June 28, 1968, appellees filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. On the same date, appellees filed a petition for extension of time to file an answer brief from the date of the ruling on the motion to dismiss. Several intervening motions and petitions were filed in this court, but *226on September 25, 1968, we denied the appellees’ motion to dismiss.
