I dissent because I believe that plaintiffs’ jurisdictional allegations are sufficient to withstand a motion to dismiss.

Plaintiffs’ complaint alleged that Sanyei displayed, marketed and/or sold the toy gun involved in this suit, and distributed or retailed the toy. It further alleged that Sanyei invited an Eagle representative to Hong Kong to view various goods available for purchase, and that Sanyei knew the goods offered for sale would ultimately be shipped to Florida.
