Ross F. and Rebecca Ryan, by their bill seek cancellation and annulment of a contract, made December 7, 1906, with David C. Nuce, whereby, in consideration of one hundred and fifty dollars, evidenced by their three notes, each for fifty dollars, made payable to Nuce’s wife, in four, eight and twelve months respectively, with interest, Nuce undertook to grant to plaintiffs “the sole and exclusive right to sell 'Lotts Steam Washer’ in Monongalia county, W.
