—Cross appeal unanimously dismissed and order modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Plaintiffs commenced this action to recover damages resulting from the allegedly illegal stop, detention, arrest and prosecution of plaintiff Rogers Hióks and the search and impounding of the automobile used by Rogers and owned by plaintiff Mamie Hicks.
