Background

The debtor, The Palms at Waters Edge, L.P., filed an objection to the claim of Thomas A. Lamb, an architect. Doc. # 68 (Objection to Claim of Thomas A. Lamb); Doc. # 203 (Amended Objection to Claim of Thomas A. Lamb). Lamb claims that he is owed $266,875.00 for architectural work done for the debtor commissioned by the debtor’s agent, Wylie Eaton.
