WILLIAMS, District Judge.
The summons and complaint in the above-entitled action was filed in the office of the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of South Carolina on March 28, 1956. It is brought in said court on the ground of diversity of citizenship upon the allegation that all the plaintiffs are citizens of North Carolina and all the defendants are citizens of South Carolina.
