The Long Trusts appeal from the trial court’s order awarding attorney’s fees to Atlantic Richfield Company.

This case has a long history. It originated with several disputes among The Long Trusts, Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), B & A Pipeline Company, and Ensearch, Inc.
