This proceeding is before the Court on: Debtor CLIMATE CONTROL MECHANICAL SERVICES, INC.’S Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Debtor’s “Motion”) (Doc. 38); Plaintiff CARRIER ENTERPRISE, LLC’S Memorandum in Opposition to Debtor’s Motion (Doc. 43); and NELSON & COMPANY, LLC’S Response in Opposition to Debtor’s Motion (Doc. 42).
