Application by the defendant for a writ of error of coram nobis, to vacate a decision and order of this court dated January 12, 1987 (see, People v Jewell, 126 AD2d 567, lv denied 69 NY2d 951, cert denied 484 US 857), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.), rendered January 8, 1985, on the ground that he was deprived of the assistance of appellate counsel.

Ordered that the application is denied.
