This appeal involves the interpretation of the provisions of an insurance policy executed by appellant in favor of appellee on November 20, 1956. The provisions of the policy in dispute provide for payment of $200 per month for loss of time due to an accident. Appellee sued appellant for the sum of $400, being the amount claimed for time lost from August 28,1958 to October 28,1958. The trial court, sitting as a jury, found in favor of appellee and appellant now prosecutes this appeal for a reversal.
