People v. Christopher R.

—Appeal by the defendant from (1) a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Pano Z. Patsalos, J.), rendered March 5, 1993, convicting him of escape in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence and (2) an order of the same court, dated March 8, 1993, which found him in criminal contempt of court and imposed a fine.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed; and it is further,

Ordered that the purported appeal from the order dated March 8, 1993, is dismissed.
