ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL (214-1)

PAPAS, United States Magistrate Judge.

Pending before the Court is a motion filed by Plaintiff Excelsior College requesting Defendants Charles Frye, Professional Development Systems School of Health Sciences and West Haven University be compelled to produce certain information or documentation regarding their liability policy with Zurich Insurance. For good cause appearing and the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs motion.
