Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Best, J.), entered November 17, 1995 in Montgomery County, which, inter alia, denied defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff brought the instant negligence action against defendants to recover damages for injuries she sustained while shopping in a Price Chopper grocery store owned by defendant Golub Corporation.
