Plaintiff instituted an action in which, by an amended complaint, she sought a divorce from the defendant, on grounds amounting to cruelty, and further asked that she be awarded all of the property belonging to the parties, together with temporary alimony, attorney’s fees, and costs. Defendant answered, denying the material allegations of the complaint and, by cross-complaint, sought a divorce, from the plaintiff on the ground of cruelty and, in turn, asked that all of the property of the parties be awarded to him.
