hln 2013 the State charged Hunter with one count of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise. Specifically, it alleged that Hunter had “violated a felony provision of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, namely, the Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine and Methamphetamine.” The State claimed that the violation was part of a continuing series of two or more felony offenses: delivery of cocaine and delivery of methamphetamine.
