Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schenectady County (James, J.H.O.), entered July 2, 2010, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for visitation with respondents’ child.
Respondents. are the unmarried parents of a son (born in 2006). Although they do not live together, they share custodial responsibilities for the child.
