Churchill Company, Inc., plaintiff-appellant, the owner of Churchill U.S. Patent No. 2,724,937, relating to a buffing wheel brought this suit in the the District Court against American Buff Company; Automatic Buff Co., Inc.; Duluth Buff Co., Inc.; and Speedway Buff Co., Inc., defendants-appellees, charging infringement of Claims 1, 2 and 4 of the patent.
