This matter comes before the Court on the United States Trustee’s Motion to Dis miss Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b) against Debtors Robert J. Burger and Sta-dia L. Burger (the “Debtors”). Following a hearing on March 28, 2002, at which the Debtors appeared in person and by counsel and the United States Trustee appeared by attorney Charles R.
