OPINION

PRESLAR, Justice.

This is a venue matter in which the plea of privilege of the defendant was overruled. It is a common law negligence case brought by the father for injuries to his minor son who was an employee of a trucking company which was moving a drilling rig from one location to another and erecting it for the defendant-Appellant, Cactus Drilling Corporation. Plaintiff-Appellee alleged a violation of certain duties arising under the occupier-invitee relationship.
