This case involves a Petition for a Writ of Prohibition by Peabody Western Coal Company (“Peabody”) to prevent the Navajo Nation Labor Commission (“Commission”) from adjudicating a Complaint filed by a former employee of Peabody, Edward Silverhatband (“Silverhatband”).
