Appellee, who was the plaintiff below, recovered a judgment for $10,000 damages against appellants for the alienation of her husband’s affections. Appellants are the parents of appellee’s husband.
The complaint stated a cause of action for acts alleged to have been done maliciously by the two defendants, by means of which it was alleged the wrong complained of was done. There was evidence that Malinda B.
