Dolores R. Higdon, plaintiff, is the widow of the late Willard J. Higdon. The plaintiffs in the other 5 cases are. his minor children, who, by their guardia'n,' brought separate suits against the defendants. The original defendants were John J. Kelley and Mildred E. Kelley, husband and wife;, and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, surety on a liquor bond of the above-named John J. Kelley. The 6 eases were consolidated for trial over the objection of defendants John J. Kelley and Mildred E. Kelley. Upon motion of plaintiffs’ counsel, the surety company was dismissed…
