On March 11, 1974, plaintiff William Moors, Inc., filed a complaint in Oakland County to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against defendant Pine Lake Shopping Center, Inc. (hereafter Pine Lake) for labor and material provided in construction of a building on Pine Lake’s property. By an order of June 19, 1974, defendant Stolaruk Asphalt Paving, Inc.
