This strange and convoluted case begins in 2001 with a putative class action filed in the Ninth Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida, civil case No. 05CA-6941, against Bill Heard Chevrolet Corporation — Orlando (“Heard-Orlando”), an automobile dealership.
