(“Proskauer Rose”), appeals a final order dismissing without prejudice and without leave to amend, his amended third-party complaint for equitable subro-gation and contribution against Joseph J. Reiter, individually, and as a partner of Lytal, Reiter, Clark, Sharpe, Roca, Fountain, and Williams, a partnership (“Lytal Reiter”).
