Ground 1 of the amended motion for new trial assigns as error the refusal of the court to admit in evidence a former decree of divorce between the parties, wherein the wife was awarded permanent alimony in the sum of $125 per month. In paragraph 3 of the petition it was alleged that the parties had been previously married and divorced.
