Following a non-jury trial held on May 19, 1969, plaintiffs had judgment for specific performance of a contract to purchase real estate from defendants and for other incidental relief. Defendants seek appellate relief on the basis of six allegations of error.

In April 1968, defendants, residents of Wayne County, were land contract purchasers of approximately 39 acres of undeveloped land in Ash Township, Monroe County, the rear portion of which was zoned industrial and the front residential.
