Action against the domestic, corporate owner of a vessel .and another to recover damages for personal injuries sustained on board the ship while it was moored at a pier in this State. Defendant owner appeals from an order denying its motion under rules 113 and 114 of the Rules of Civil Practice, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, as against it, on documentary proof that on the day plaintiff was injured the vessel was under bareboat charter to a Delaware corporation. Order reversed on the law, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with $10 costs. The documentary…
