MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This case is presently before the Court on several motions raised by Citibank, N.A. (Citibank), IBG Properties, Inc. (IBG) and NBG Properties, Inc. (NBG). Citibank asserts that the complaint must be dismissed for want of venue in this forum. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(3). IBG and NBG lodge a two-fold attack against the complaint. Firstly, they aver that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and secondly, they maintain that portions of the complaint should be stricken as redundant and impertinent matter.
